Kids in foster care can have a rough journey. Don and John talk with Lori Serratelli, a lawyer, judge and advocate who has helped set up the Court Appointed Special Advocates program in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. CASA volunteers work with one child or sibling group at a time to make sure they get what they need as they move through the system.
