News has come to you in many forms - newspapers, radio, TV, and now the internet and social media. Mostly, it was the facts; but sometimes those facts were twisted to sell more papers or get higher ratings. With social media, opinions can become facts. We talk with people who reported the news for their opinions on the facts.

Nick Roman has been a fixture in Southern California radio news for more than 44 years. From 1984-2004, he was the voice of news at KLON/KKJZ in Long Beach, serving as a producer, anchor, and news director. Along the way he helped create CALNET, a daily statewide news program, where he was a producer, news editor and host. From 2004-2024, he was host of All Things Considered on 89.3 KPCC.
Nick also worked for 25 years teaching broadcast journalism to students at Cal State Long Beach and Cal State Fullerton.
His love of sports has led him to file numerous stories for NPR's "Only A Game."

Bill is a 40 year broadcasting veteran, educator and firefighter with expertise in journalism, public safety/crisis communications and marketing.He's currently a radio news anchor with the Worldwide News Network in New York. Before that, Bill was a public affairs instructor at the Defense Information School at Fort Meade in Maryland. He worked for CBS News from 2017 until 2020. Bill previosly worked for WCBS-AM in New York, WNEW-FM in Washington, DC and KDKA-AM in Pittsburgh.

Don currently runs his own media company in Dover, NH. He's been news director at WTSN in Dover and News and Public Affairs Director at WOKQ and The Shark for Townsquare Media in New Hampshire.
